Does a great job turning pictures into docs for files and uploading them to where I need. Color/look optimization is handy too. I dont claim to have tried all apps, but this does what I need and well. I keep better files just because I remember I have it, so I use it, so I end up with digital copies of everything later which is great.

One of the most useful apps I have in my collection. I travel out of the country a lot and use this a lot. I have NEVER had any problems with it.

Extremely easy to use and produces excellent quality images with convenient options to email/Fax etc. "Email to myself" is a very well thought option.

Hi use Jot Not to capture flip charts from meetings and just send PDFs to everyone. This is a great way to distribute notes and action plans from training.

Once I changed my habit from using the copier/scanner at the office to using jotnot soon after obtaining a receipt I realized tremendous savings in effort and also the wonderful convenience of it. Plus I have all my receipts with me all the time in case my expense portal were to lose one. I would suggest to other users to establish a file naming convention that saves them chronologically and indicating content such that back tracking is easy.

Crashes the iOS mail app when sending pdf documents.

I’ve been using this fabulous app for a few years. It’s like carrying a portable scanner in my pocket at all times. I use it to capture flip charts at events and mail them to my office for transcription — simple to combine all into one file; when networking I take a scan of all the business cards I collect for a quick add to my mailing lists; I’m currently bolding a new home, and it’s simple and easy to sketch something out and immediately scan and send to my builder. I have tried several other Scanner apps and this one consistently has the best quality, the most options for saving (as jpg, pdf, B&W, Color, etc), and the easiest interface to send, save, email, or post a scanned document.

Used to work fine. Now, it processing ONE document I had 3 problems: 1. Crashed in the middle of me taking 50 pictures of pages. Completely erased it. 2. Went back next time to process in batches of 20, but after processing the first batch, it wont let me do batchmode anymore. So I had to split it up into multiple documents. 3. Camera stopped working during the last 10 pages of the last document. Wouldnt show what I was scanning. Needs major improvements. Havent had a single problem in 3 years with this app until the upgrade.
